RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free returns within the United Kingdom.
In the unlikely event that you should need to return an item to Carloe London, we are happy to help and will provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and your request for an exchange or refund and we will send a printable postage label to attach to your return (please send in it's original packaging). Just take your package to any Hermes Parcel Shop location; these can be found at https://www.myhermes.co.uk/parcelshop-finder
We make sure that all our items are in a perfect and saleable condition when sent. Please include your receipt, along with the reason for your return (please be as detailed as possible) within the parcel. Returns that have been damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Carloe London accepts no responsibility for returning goods in transit. Upon receipt of the return you will receive a refund in 3-5 working days.
Please attach the relevant customs declarations to the parcel, clearly marked that the item is being returned to ensure a clear passage through customs. International customers are responsible for postage costs and we advise sending by recorded mail to avoid any loss in transit as Carloe London accepts no responsibility for goods in transit.
